A $2,000 block (five hours) can work toward a map of one hard decision with our coaches: facts with sources, claims with how sure you are, the gaps, a kill test, your options and a first move you can undo. We agree the decision first; a map does not guarantee a right answer.

Build makes sense when decisions like this recur and deserve running systems, such as agents that build the map before they answer, or triggers that reopen a decision when a fact changes, worth more than the $45,000 three-month minimum ($15,000 a month for up to 5 processes).

New software products and replacing a core system are quoted separately. Our shared 24/7 rotation covers only the systems we build with you, with response terms in writing.
